Temp Output Node

The Temp Out node offers users a quick way to see their data output within Construct without having to create and save a permanent file on their machine. This node is not editable and does not require any configuration. The Temp Out node automatically creates a temporary .CSV file called TempOutput.csv that is written in a default program location, and gets overwritten each time a process is run to a Temp Out node.

Using the Temp Out node during early stages of data preparation allows users to avoid needlessly adding output files to their file system which can become confusing, until they are ready to save the final version permanently.

Note: The default location can be changed by going to Tools > Options > General and updating the Temp Output Node Location file path.
