Drilling Down into a Table
All tables in Bridge have the ability to be drilled downed into. This includes tables in the dashboard and dataset views. Drill down views can be exported as .csv files. Dashboards shared with you by another user may not have the ability to drill down to the underlying data unless the user also shares the dataset the dashboard is built off with you.
Static Reports
Bridge has the ability to display static reports created in Construct. The difference between interactive dashboards and static reports, is that static reports cannot be drilled down into, nor are there hovering action features. Static reports can be shared with other Bridge users just like interactive dashboards can. Static reports can also be tagged or have comments made to them.
Key Features of Static Reports
- Isolating a chart by clicking on it
- Reordering table columns by ascending or descending order by selecting the column header
- Changing the title of the static report by clicking on it
Selecting Specific Items in the Report
Static reports can be configured by selecting the full dashboard view, or selecting just the charts or the tables from the dashboard report
Users can also select the width of the static report by selecting the "Chart Width" dropdown menu to the right of the interface.
Set Up a Static Report in Construct
To bring a static report into Bridge from Construct, use the Report node to create a report, then select the Publish to Bridge box.
