The Datasets tab is where users can access their uploaded datasets, as well as any datasets that have been shared with them. On the tab, users can see datasets, who the dataset was uploaded by, which organization the dataset belongs to, and when the dataset was last uploaded from Construct. From this page, users can also perform several dataset actions, as well as open the dataset for exploration by simply clicking the Dataset Title.

Share a Dataset
Datasets can be shared with other Bridge users within your organization. Sharing datasets are dependent on the permissions that are set up between the person sharing the dataset and the person receiving it. For more information on setting permissions for users, click here.
Datasets can be shared with individuals or with user groups. The dataset owner can configure the level of permissions the recipient will have.
Can configure and explore - This means that recipients can both interactively explore the dataset, as well as select configuration settings for the dataset.
Can explore only - This means that recipients can explore the dataset but cannot change the configuration settings.
Note: Recipients who are shared a dataset can also see who else has access to the dataset, and the level of permissions each recipient has.
Tags
Dashboards and datasets can be "tagged" with keywords. This allows users to see some details about the item before opening it. In addition, datasets and dashboards can be filtered by tags. This can help the user find an individual or group of datasets and dashboards.
Filtering
Filtering is available on both the Datasets and Dashboards tabs. Filtering allows users to select datasets and dashboards by titles, or Tags.
Comments
Bridge offers users the ability to make comments on all datasets and dashboards created by them, or shared with them. Comments can be made by selecting the dialog box icon in the Tags/Notes column.
Edit or Delete Comments
Comments that a user has made themselves can be edited and/or deleted. To do this, hover over the comment and select the ellipsis icon that appears.
