Introduction
The Dashboards tab is where users can access their previously created dashboards, as well as any dashboards that have been shared with them. Here, users can see dashboards, who the dashboard was created by, when it was last edited, and when the dataset was last updated from Construct. From this page, users can also perform several dashboard actions, as well as open the view the dashboard by simply clicking the Dashboard Title. Dashboards can be interactive or static reports.
Dashboard Actions

View Dashboard | Creating an interactive dashboard can be done by clicking on the green icon, or by clicking on the row of the dashboard in question.
Edit/Rename Dashboard | Dashboards can be edited and renamed by the users who originally created them. If a dashboard has been shared with a user, the person who received it will be unable to make edits.
Share Dashboard | Under certain settings, users can share dashboards with other Bridge users within their organization. Sharing dashboards requires configuring certain permission settings.
Delete Dashboard |
Deleting a dashboard can done by selecting the delete dashboard icon. |
Share a Dashboard
Dashboards can be shared with other Bridge users within your organization. A dashboard can be shared to an individual or to an entire user group.
The dataset owner can configure the level of permissions the recipient will have.
Can view - This means that a group can view the dashboard
No Access - Means that the group has no access to the dashboard
Note: If a recipient is shared both a dashboard and the dataset the dashboard was built off, they will be able to drill into the dashboard to see the underlying data.
Tags
Dashboards and datasets can be "tagged" with keywords. This allows users to see some details about the item before opening it. In addition, datasets and dashboards can be filtered by tags. This can help the user find an individual or group of datasets and dashboards.
Filtering
Filtering is available on both the Datasets and Dashboards tabs. Filtering allows users to select datasets and dashboards by titles, or Tags.
Comments
Bridge offers users the ability to make comments on all datasets and dashboards created by them, or shared with them. Comments can be made by selecting the dialog box icon in the Tags/Notes column.
Edit or Delete Comments
Comments that a user has made themselves can be edited and/or deleted. To do this, hover over the comment and select the ellipsis icon that appears.
