Security and Privacy
Construct has several features for data security. Some are part of the inherent design of the on-premise nature of Construct, while other features are specifically designed to meet security standards.
By design, Construct does not get or hold any data. Indirectly, there are some nodes where data is passed outside of Construct, such as the Geocoding node. However, these indirect occurrences only exist within custom Add-In nodes, and are outside the behavior of the standard node configuration.
Additionally, Construct, Construct Pro, and Construct Enterprise are 100% Federal Processing Standards (FIPS) compliant. Data that is stored in nodes is encrypted. Moreover, Construct Enterprise (a server based solution) allows the entire machine to be secured by IT. All data transferred over the wire between server and client is encrypted.
